Who we are This site is operated by Erez Asset Management LLC and affiliates (“Erez”) for the Save UMH campaign. Contact: info@erezassetmgmt.com. Cookies and similar storage We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site trackers, or Google Analytics. We do not set any cookies ourselves. • Disclaimer acceptance (local storage, not a cookie). Accepting the disclaimer saves a note in your browser’s local storage so you’re not asked again until you clear your browsing data. You can change your choice at any time from the site footer. We also log the date, time, and version of the disclaimer you accepted in our backend database; that record excludes your IP address, name, device details, or anything else that could identify you. • Security cookie (__cf_bm). A separate cookie, __cf_bm, is set by Cloudflare, the network that delivers the site, on every version of the site, including the published site, to help identify and block bots. It expires after 30 minutes, cannot be read by the site’s own code, and is not used for tracking or advertising. Erez does not set this cookie directly, and it cannot be disabled through the site or through Lovable. Forms If you submit the contact or campaign-updates form, we process the details you provide (typically name, email, organisation, message) to respond and, where you asked, to send campaign updates. Delivery uses Resend; records may be stored in Google Sheets for the duration of 12 months. This is not cookie tracking. See the form itself for what you send. Hosting The site is hosted on Lovable. Lovable may process technical logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) as needed to operate the deployment, and retain such logs for the duration of 12 months. Lovable's hosting infrastructure runs behind Cloudflare, which sets the security cookie described under “Cookies and similar storage” above on every version of the site, including the published site; it is not used for measurement or advertising. California Residents (CCPA / CPRA) If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), provides you with additional rights, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete personal information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share for advertising purposes), and the right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.
